BELLA – 2009 GRADE Bay Paso Fino Mare.

Bella is a Western girl who enjoys trail rides and cattle drives with experience in Omoksee games with a preference for pole bending. She has been introduced to English, Dressage and jumping with short poles. Being on the ranch she is used to opening and closing gates, being bathed with the hose, loading and unloading out of different sized trailers, standing for the farrier with quick hoof pick up and having things tossed over and on her head, body and legs such as ropes and jackets. She has also been around a menagerie of critters such as mules, fowl, goats, sheep and dogs running around under her feet. Bella is a sweet girl and is great with kids but is not a young kids horse. She has more go than whoa and needs a confidence intermediate to experienced rider. In her younger years, she had been an intermediate lesson horse and is trained to verbal cues. He is a beautiful mover with a nice slow jog that extends out nicely, he picks up his leads right away and side passes both ways with ease. Badger will easily cross creeks, bogs, and logs. I have drug firewood in to camp with him. He will load in a two horse or any trailer with no problem. Badger has good solid feet and is easy to shoe. He stands perfectly to get on and off. He has a good back to hold the saddle. Badger has never bucked, bit, kicked, reared, or pulled back. He is lower in the herd and gets along with geldings, mules, or mares.
