BADGER – 2008 GRADE Buckskin Paint Gelding
Badger is 15 hands of experienced Montana kids horse. We have owned him since he was four. He has been up and down the mountain trails of the wilderness in daylight and dark. He has led the string and been packed. Badger is a nice looking well-built horse with a nice head and hip. He is superbly gentle and easy to catch, bridle, saddle, load, and shoe. He has wrangled bareback with a halter. He gets along with mares, geldings, and mules and is not bossy. Badger is sweet, kind, and willing. He loves people and attention. We have done a job on him and he has also taken perfect care of first-time riders. He is good with dogs and everything else. Badger winters out on pasture with the herd. He is just getting older for heavy work in our wilderness camps and needs an easier life. Perfect family starter horse for kids or novice riders to love. He will need some maintenance for riding.
