Jewel has been on the ranch since she was a yearling. She was started and used as a ranch horse before becoming a brood mare. The decision to use her as a brood mare was based off of her outstanding ability as a ranch horse. She has always been sound. She is 15.1 hands and is a stout, big bodied mare. She has been pasture bred for the past 8 years and has conceived and foaled without assistance.
