Deep brown gelding “Sweets” as we call him sure lives up to his name! He’s a big sweetheart! Loves to be loved on and will take care of you as the day is long! Sweets was bred to be a barrel horse but has quite the resume! He has been used as a pick up horse in rodeo’s, ponied young colts off of in the round pen, roped and doctored calves in the pasture, tied off on calves, spent a lot of time moving cows. All while maintaining his arena work! Picks up all gaits with ease, side passes and has quite the turnaround for his size! Any level of rider can get along with him. I’ve had young inexperienced riders to the pros ride this horse. Nothing phases him. He stands quiet the trailer loads ties baths with ease! Great for the farrier. He’s been hauled to town quite a bit for time only’s and has a nice start in his barrel career ready for someone to finish! Long mane and tail to boot! He’s paid and up to date in the Ruby Buckle and is VGBRA Incentive. This gelding is a maternal sibling to CURIOUS SOCIETY CASH, and a full sibling to BLUE POGONIP SOCIETY. His mother is producing 1D barrel horses with extreme talent and very sensible minds. This horse is bound for the performance world but will also make someone a nice all around horse!
