14.3hh. Deluxe trail/ranch horse. Bowdie is a respectful, and honest gelding acquired from the Bodie Reservoir in California. He is big-boned with big feet. He is easy to handle and will go anywhere you point him. Pull him out after a break and he rides out the same with no bs. Anyone can ride Bowdie, but he is recommended for an intermediate rider because he is quick on his feet. He is also responsive to leg pressure and is starting to neck rein. He can ride alone or in a group, point him in a direction and he’ll go. Bowdie knows how to ground tie, bathe, deworm, and spray down you name it. He is good with the vet and the farrier.
