DOLLY – 2020 GRADE Buckskin Draft/QH Cross Mare
15.2hh 1475#. Dolly is a beautiful smutty Buckskin Draft/Quarter Horse Cross mare that will turn heads where ever she goes. She is well broke to ride and drive. Dolly will drive single or double, on either side or teams up well with Reba, also in the sale. In fact we bought both Reba and Dolly as yearlings from the same breeder and have enjoyed watching them grow into the fine horses they have become. Dolly is easy to catch, stands well for grooming, bathing, and farrier work. She saddles up well, and rides off quiet. We have ridden her in the arena as well as many miles outside along the highway and down the trails. She has a willing attitude and takes everything in stride. The cool thing about Dolly, is if you decide you would rather go for a drive than a ride, you can harness her up, put her in the cart single, or double with Reba and enjoy a nice stroll. When she was younger she spent a summer on an Amish farm experiencing harness work on several different pieces of equipment as well as many miles riding. Dolly is one cool draft cross that is not too big, but yet has enough substance, bone, and foot to handle rough terrain and last a lifetime.
