LARIAT – 2010 GRADE Bay Pony/Draft Cross Gelding.
Lariat is a 14.2 HH pony/draft cross gelding who is versatile, handy, and has the buttons and ability to go in any direction. Recently “Larry” has been used for trail riding up the mountain, carrying flags in the rodeo, working cattle on the ranch, and pleasure riding. Working the ranch Larry is sure footed and easy to maneuver. Larry never bats an eye at the commotion of working cows in the corral or gathering in the foothills. With his cute and forward movement under saddle, we believe he could also excel in the arena as an all-around hunter pony! Larry has large and strong feet, is an easy keeper, and has a fun personality. Take this fella for long weekend trips up the mountain, ranch all day on him, or clean him up and bring home ribbons at weekend horse shows! Larry is not suitable for beginner or timid riders but would be best suited for confident-intermediate to advanced riders as this fella has a motor to go and ride all day long!
