MOUSE – 2006 GRADE Grullo Half Draft Cross Gelding
Mouse is a big boy that will go all day on the trail. He’s 16 hands, smooth to ride with a big stride and happy plodding down the trail, but will get up and go if you need him to. He has a great pace for a string of mules, slow and steady, never stretching the lead rope or minds the lead rope around his hind quarters. Mouse will stand with no fuss at a trailer, hitching rail, tree, and part of a string. He’s easy to catch, even in the middle of the night and good to saddle up. After an extended break he can have a cold back and an experienced rider is recommended. He is comfortable and confident with mountain trails and terrain, rocks, deadfall, brush, bridges, water crossings, and mud, placing his hooves carefully and steady. Mouse is the energetic playmate of the herd and gets along with other horses. He’s an easy keeper, grass fed and a sucker for treats. He has his biannual worming and 2024 vaccination. Mouse loads and unloads with no issues. He doesn’t mind messing with his hooves and will stand for a farrier. VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=er-EcuDrgI8 FMI: 406-490-2718. Coggins. AO79
