REBA – 2021 GRADE Buckskin Draft/QH Cross Mare
Reba is a unique Golden Buckskin Draft/Quarter horse cross mare that is nothing short of Gorgeous! Reba stands 15.2 hands, tips the scale at 1475# and is broke to ride and drive. Reba will drive single or double and teams up well with Dolly, also in the sale. In fact we bought both Reba and Dolly as yearlings from the same breeder and have enjoyed watching them grow into the fine horses they have become. Reba is gentle to be around, easy to catch, and stand wells for the farrier. She saddles up good and rides off easy every time. Reba has been ridden along the highway, through town, and on many trail rides. The cool thing about Reba, is if you decide you would rather go for a drive than a ride, you can harness her up, put her in the cart single and enjoy a nice stroll. She is a pleasure to ride or drive. When she was younger she spent a summer on an Amish farm experiencing harness work on several different pieces of equipment as well as many miles riding. Reba is one cool Draft Crosses that is not too big, but yet has enough substance, bone, & foot to handle rough terrain and last a lifetime. Reba is as pretty as a picture, and overall an extremely fun horse to ride and drive. She does have slight swelling in her tendon sheath above her front right knee from an old injury, which does not affect her soundness at all. Current on deworming and farrier.
