SARAH – 2020 GRADE Dun Friesian/QH Cross Mare
Sarah is beautiful Friesian/Quarter Horse cross mare that stands 16 hands, weighs 1450#. She is well broke to ride and has a presence to her that is sure to get you noticed! Sarah is a pleasure to have around the barn, and gentle every day you saddle her. She is a fluent mover, and extremely fun to ride. Sarah will side pass right over to a mounting block or gate for easing mounting. She will take her leads on cue, pivot over her hocks, side pass, and neck rein well. We have ridden Sarah down the trail, along the highway and through town where nothing phases her. This black pointed Dun mare is loaded with shape, size, brains and finesse! Sarah also passes these qualities on, as we raised an extremely nice dun colt out of her last year. Although she was a great mother, we did not attempt to breed her back as we wanted to continue riding her. So she is currently open and sound to breed to the stallion of your choice, if you so desire. She is straight legged, blemish free, has a very keen head and her hair coat is shining with dapples!
