14hh mare with reining/cowhorse lines. Billie is striking with a butterscotch buckskin color and a bald face with two blue eyes. Easy to catch, wants to be your friend. Mike Hoffman in Belgrade put 120 days on her as a 3 year old- she’s extremely soft and responsive. Has great turn arounds and moves off your legs the best. She’s been trail ridden, moved cows for miles, roped calves, and has been used in shipping pens where she excels- opens gates great and pins her ears/nips loading cows when one won’t move. I ride her in a bosal and she seems to like that the most. Billie does need an experienced rider as she is very quick and can get hot in some situations, but she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and is not dangerous. She would make an awesome all- around horse (would think she would love running barrels) for a handy kid, she just doesn’t get used enough and her potential is not being filled out here.
